Hotel Cabernet *** awaits wine loving guests in Villánykövesd, one of the most beautiful villages of the Villány wine region. The hotel is located next to the famous, triple level cellar-row, which is under historical protection.

The picturesque, peaceful countryside offers great recreational opportunities both for visitors wishing to escape from city life, and for wine lovers. The settlement, located in the northeast corner of the Villány Mountains, belongs to the so-called Villány-Siklós Wine Route.

Our hotel (which was previously a historic mansion) has been recently renovated with every modern necessity. It blends in with the atmosphere of the village and also preserves the elegance of old times.

21 double rooms and 4 triple rooms of Hotel Cabernet *** ensure a pleasant stay for guests arriving at Villánykövesd. Every room in the hotel has its own bathroom, television, telephone and wireless Internet connection.

All triple-rooms have a balcony; three other rooms overlook the terrace where our guests can enjoy their morning coffee in a comfortable environment. An extra bed can be placed in each room on request. All of the rooms are non-smoking, but there are designated smoking-areas in the building.

The spacious rooms (e.g. the lobby, the terrace, the cellar restaurant and the conference room) allow for a pleasant stay even for large groups. We have an air-conditioned conference room (for up to 60 people) suitable for business meetings, trainings.

The hotel’s cellar-restaurant is a perfect place for wine-tastings, wine-dinners, harvest feasts, or for a romantic dinner. The cellar restaurant awaits guests visiting the Wine Road with foods reviving local flavours and with a wine treasury connected to the restaurant. Our guests have the opportunity to taste excellent wines, produced in the hotel management's (the Mokos family) own vineyard and cellar.  We also provide our guests with the option of half board or full board accommodation. Breakfast is included in the price.
